Life happens — vacations, busy seasons, injuries, or just needing a little break. We get it! That’s why we offer the option to place your membership on hold. Here’s how it works:
- Submit early. Requests must be in at least 5 business days before your next bill.
- Max hold time: Up to 12 weeks per year, in 2-week chunks
- Automatic restart. Your membership will reactivate on the date you choose, and billing will resume.
- Agreement extended. Your contract end date shifts out by however long you’re on hold.
- Canceling instead? The usual 28-day cancellation notice still applies, even during a hold.
- Coming back later? If you cancel and rejoin later, you’ll pay the current rates.
